For environmental sustainability and optimum use of facilities the school infrastructure has established sources which are Eco-friendly.
"Green" is more than just a color. It also means taking special steps to protect the environment - the water, the land, and the air we breathe.

Every day, people make choices that affect the amount of trash and pollution that gets produced in our world.

What can you do? A whole lot, actually. Here's a four-step guide to being green:

• Reduce the amount of stuff you use and throw away.
• Reuse stuff when you can.
• Recycle cans, bottles, paper, books, and even toys.
• Enjoy the Earth - walk in the woods, plant a tree, and eat some of the delicious food it produces.

The picturesque site and blooming green environment of JDKPS make it an unparalleled green school. The campus is spread over 9 acres of land and has about 50% of green cover.
The planting of trees has numerous benefits like reduction of greenhouse gases, producing oxygen, purifying air etc. The boundary of the school is surrounded by the tall trees. Adding to it are the inclusion of students and staff in working towards making a pollution free environment by plantation of various kinds of trees in the garden and periphery of the school. Furthermore, sustainable and eco-friendly practices are constantly carried to keep the school clean and green.

We have a well-ventilated edifice with safe and hygienic indoors and outdoors to give our students and staff the healthy experience at school.
