MISC. ENDEAVOURS TAKEN DURING REINFORCEMENT PROGRAMME

• Counselling sessions for adolescents & general awareness as well as for broadening the knowledge areas are conducted for the senior students by various experts of their fields.
• Outdoor exposure Participation to strive for excellence through i-Parliament, MUN participation, Educational Tours, Industry visits, Inter school competitions etc. are regular features of the school schedule as an outdoor learning experience.
• Regular interaction with corporate experts through guest lectures and industry visit - to provide the best industry exposure to its students and to enable them with the functional and operational knowledge across the industry.
• Intra & inter school level presentations through workshops, seminar & symposiums, GDs are being conducted to observe the confidence and skill developments of our students. Our students have been selected at prestigious institutions on the basis of their all rounded personalities.
• Leadership development : By Organising various ceremonies, competitions, celebrations & participation at various inter school tests, events & competitions. Our school focuses to prepare the leaders of future.
• Regular Alumini meetings and interaction with fellow students reliving our glorious past have been inspiring our present. Their successful stories and experiences are directing our young generation ceaselessly.
• Our students are encouraged to take part in social activities and learn about our diverse communities and about universal tolerance including sharing knowledge with children who are differently abled or from Govt., Schools or tutoring peers who are academically weaker. Our students visit orphanages, Old age homes and the places relating to deprived citizens to offer the hand of help to society by all means.
• To inspire the students for social responsibilities and to imbibe the culture of social commitments, school celebrates Joy of Giving Week in the first week of October. Useful items collected and brought by the students are sent to Old age home/Orphanage/Leprosy centers through them only.
• Environment Awareness - Students are encouraged to grow plants on their birthdays and special days to contribute for keeping environemnt fit.
• Our students got guidance for their career by various experts who belong to different institutions like: Jitin Chawla,a renowned career Counsellor, Aruna Bruta, famous psychologist, Dr. Tong from RML Hospital, Delhi, AVISHKAAR - A Robotronic Club, psychologist from Fortis Hospital, experts from IIT, Delhi, nurtr.com, career launcher, Delhi, World School of Design etc. They guided the students regarding choice of subjects
• To empower our young students with the helathy attitudes and develop skills to enable them to real life situations in positive and responsible way, our students are regularly given various sessions by our school counsellor and other experts like: Good and Bad Touch, Think Clean by Ms. Deepti Chopra, a research scholar, adolescence issue by P&G etc.
• To provide practical knowledge to our students, they have been sent to attend various seminars and workshops at different places like: Fortis Hospital, MUN Conference at DPS, Panipat, HCE Sonipat, Parliament House in Delhi.
• To encourage our children to be careful enough for keeping cleanliness all around him wherever he/she is, it is going to help our coming generation to understand the value of cleanliness which is eventually a great service to our nation.
• Teacher Training Sessions : We closely monitor the work of our Teachers and review their performance regularly through teacher appraisals to assess their knowledge, skills, aptitudes and behavior in the classroom as well as in community. We seek regular 360* feedback from our students and parents about our teachers. All staff members of the school take part in continuous professional development(CPD) opportunities grabbed at the campus or outside the campus and adequate resources are allocated to update their skills to give our students maximum.
• Cultural Activities : Every alternative year school organizes annual cultural stage programme/fest/ sports Meet at large scale to bring with itself all the colours of beauty figurately and literally on the campus. It would not be narcissistic on our part to quote that our school functions witness the grandeur of unveiling and recognising many a latent talents for personal amelioration and for cultural development.

• Our School has been conducting AISSCE & AISSSCE for the past 23 years with the error free outcomes.
• Our school has also become evaluation centre for CNS in 2018-19 again after fifteen years.

Our school has become centre for various examinations like UGC NET, HTET, SSC, HSSC, HCS etc. All the duties & responsibilities have been adhered to very earnestly by the school administration and competent staff.
